Five configurations are on the current sale sheet, from a 516 sq ft 1 BHK to a 1,000 sq ft 3 BHK+, in the four towers on the current release: Palm, Maple, Oak and Walnut. The carpet areas below are single figures, not ranges, because that is how the sheet quotes them.
Configurations, carpet areas and prices
| Configuration | Carpet area | Price | Condition |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK | 516 sq ft | Rs 59.85 L | All-inclusive, excludes car parking |
| 2 BHK | 608 sq ft | Rs 72.67 L | All-inclusive, excludes car parking |
| 2 BHK+ | 692 sq ft | Rs 82.01 L | All-inclusive, excludes car parking |
| 3 BHK | 900 sq ft | Rs 1.16 Cr++ | Inaugural Special |
| 3 BHK+ | 1,000 sq ft | Rs 1.16 Cr++ | Inaugural Special |
Prices are indicative and subject to change. 1 and 2 BHK pricing excludes car parking. The 3 BHK and 3 BHK+ figures are quoted by the developer as an Inaugural Special, and the "++" means charges sit on top of the figure shown. Carpet areas and prices on this page are the ones on the current sale sheet we have been given; ask us for the itemised cost sheet for the specific tower and unit before you book.

What is in each home, from the developer's own brochure
The Z-card the developer issues for Urban Woods is specific about the interior, and these are its claims rather than ours:
- Four homes to a floor, with no shared walls between them
- Four high-speed elevators per tower
- Every residence oriented east to west
- Floor-to-ceiling windows and sunlit kitchens with dry areas
- A private foyer at the entrance to each home
- Butterfly layouts, which the brochure describes as connected but comfortably private
- Wide sundecks with skyline views, with every home
- Washrooms the brochure calls future-ready, planned for every stage of life
Rainwater harvesting, solar power, home-automation-ready units and Vastu-compliant layouts are not on this list, because no developer document confirms them for this project. Ask us and we will get whichever of them matters to you in writing.
Why we are not showing plate drawings
The developer set we hold, an eight-page Z-card and four campus panoramas, does not contain dimensioned floor plates, and there is no honest way to fake one. Some competing sites publish plans that are either from a different project or redrawn from a render, and a redrawn plan carries invented dimensions by definition. Ask us for the plan for a specific tower and configuration and we will send the developer's own, along with the current availability for that tower.
Filed unit sizes are not floor plans either
Each MahaRERA registration records a range of unit sizes covered by that filing, and those ranges include non-residential units. Palm's filed range starts at 118 sq ft, which is not an apartment. Those ranges are useful for verifying a filing and useless for choosing a home, so we keep them in the tower-wise RERA table where the context is obvious, and out of the configuration table above.
Choosing between them
- 1 BHK, 516 sq ft, Rs 59.85 L: the entry configuration, and the one with the deepest rental market on this corridor. Car parking is extra.
- 2 BHK, 608 sq ft, Rs 72.67 L, and 2 BHK+, 692 sq ft, Rs 82.01 L: the core family pair. Car parking is extra on both.
- 3 BHK, 900 sq ft, and 3 BHK+, 1,000 sq ft, both Rs 1.16 Cr++: the top of the range, on an Inaugural Special.
